Below are black and white images of the Herald Outdoor Art Show that took place in the Treasury Gardens in Melbourne, Australia. A popular event during the famous Moomba Festival held in March, the date of this particular exhibition is approximately 1963. Recollecting that day my dad explained how excited he had been to have made a sale of his favourite piece. Though these few images are all that remain from many of his past works, this page gives him pride of place, remembering his passion for the craft, his talent and all he passed on to me.
