1994 - 1997
From the humble beginings of very light, rough pencil lines and lack of detail, I put all I learned from Brin Jones into practice, refining the detail in my work, whether in graphite or acrylic and began to move forward from those childish sketches to the lifelike images I so wanted to achieve.
1994 - 1997
Tutored by Brin Jones 1994 - 1995, my art developed considerably, applying Brin's teachings, continuing to show my love and passion for the craft, particularly in my graphite works. Finding a versitility and ease of application my attention to detail became apparant.
My love of animals in particular ,and through my Artamic Creations Studio I provided custom designed Pet Portraits in graphite on consignment.
The following images are again to demonstrate, practicing even with the simplest subjects, your technique and talent will develop through perseverance, and not being afraid to follow your dream are the ultimate key.
